Rviersmeet is a three bedroom self-catered holiday cottage in Instow, North Devon. Riversmeet has been tastefully decorated throughout and benefits from one of the best locations with the beach, pubs, restaurants and shops all within walking distance.
The reverse level cottage has been designed to capture the best of the views with the large open plan living area on the first floor where the sea views are breathtaking. Downstairs there are three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin alongside two bathrooms.
Outside, to the front of the house is an enclosed private patio where guests can sit back and relax or enjoy alfresco dinners.

Instow is one of North Devon’s most popular villages, mainly due to its gorgeous estuary beach and good range of pubs and restaurants. The dog friendly village also has a wonderful deli and is positioned close to the Tarka Trail, a largely traffic free pathway suitable for walkers and cyclists looking to explore the local area.
Across the estuary from Instow is another of North Devon’s pretty seaside villages, Appledore. Accessed either via road or boat (seasonal boat trips available across the estuary), Appledore is famous for its literary festival. Also close by is Westward Ho! with its blue flag beach, Bideford from which you can set sail for Lundy Island and Hartland, which has some of North Devon’s most dramatic coastline.
